- free check-in between 14:00PM and 19:00PM

 (2:00PM  and 7:00PM) 

CHECK-OUT

-  by 10.00 AM 

 It is advisable to always inform the owner of the time of arrival in the city (railway train arrival time, airport flight number, parking place).

 If there is the possibility, check-in can be anticipated (free) of charge or delayed (but with extra expense) up to 22.00  (10.00 PM) at the latest.

It is not possible to leave luggage before check-in

 At check-in it is necessary to pay the tourist tax in cash

Tourist tax

High Season / (peak-season)
from February 1st to December 31st in Venice it is High Season 
the tourist tax:
is € 4 for adults and young people over 16 years old 
€ 2 reduced fee 50% for children (10 years -16 years)
the tax is waived for children under 10 years of age.
The tourist tax is daily and personal and must be paid up to the 5th day of stay.
From the sixth day onwards, the tourist tax is not due.

Low Season
From 1st to 31st January  in Venice it is Low Season 
The tourist tax:
is  € 2.80 , for adults and young people over 16 years old 
is € 1.40 , reduced fee 50% for children (10 years -16 years) 
From the sixth day onwards, the tourist tax is not due.
